Not enough information.
Were you dripping?
Did you wash out the atomizer?
Are you making contact?

Were you dripping?
No. refilled the cart.

Did you wash out the atomizer?
yes. rinsed with hot water. blow out both ends. afraid to do more.

Are you making contact?
with? the cart? yes.

I meant - is the atty making proper contact with the battery.

If you washed it out (which I rarely do), it takes a very long time for the atomizer to spring back to life. Put a couple of drops in the atty, a couple drops in the cart, and work on it for a while, it may come back to life. And try to keep the LED (light) end facing toward the floor so the juice keeps the atty wick wet. Don't over fill it.

Be careful filling or dripping. Too much fluid in the battery can cause damage to the circuit.
