Help! Fake Ego-T

So my day was going fine. Looking up some juice sites, shopping for my first clearomizer, and watching videos on YouTube when someone with their HD camera pointed out that the battery supposed to say ego-t. Mine doesn't. I bought my set at a smoke shop for 35 which wasn't sketchy because it was labeled for 59.99.
The box came with a EU plug adapter which is why I talked it down but came with the USB. Now I feel like crap. Idk if its legit to use or what. I have no juice so I can't test the blue light but when I plug it in the adapter green light turns on and no light on the battery, I guess its fully charged? I have no manuals and I'm new to these things.

Are the battery and charging connectors supposed to be flat like that? I just ordered 30 bucks worth of juice from mtbakervapor and I hope I can at least use the batteries.

I have two ego's and neither of them are genuine JoyeTech, they've both been working fine for over a month now. If by "flat" you're talking about the center "pin" within the thread connector, yes, it's supposed to be flat.

When you press the button does the button light up? You may need to press it 3 or 5 times to turn it on first.
