It's impossible to say with 100% certainty because it's always a case by case, and it also depends on how the shipper label it, i.e. if they put "flavored liquid nicotine" right on the shipping label there's a good chance it's not making it through. Historically though packages from China with e-juice don't have the greatest track record of making it through customs.

Should arrive fine but there is a chance it could get stopped at customs as there is with any package. Most of these chinese sites ship as gift or electronics they don't usually list every item in the package in the description. However if it does get checked at customs chancer are you will not recieve any of the items as it will be refused entry and sent back to china.

Tabernack! Tobacco Tar Oil sounds delicious!

Haha, I can't get over the wording either! I would love to inhale some tar oil!

I mean how do they can see that their is nicotine for e-cig ??? they open it ?

If the nicotine content is labeled on the bottle or the invoice, it may be refused entry (although there have been several occasions where clearly marked bottles of nicotine have been inspected and allowed through) If they are suspiscious or unsure of the content then they can send it to Health Canada for testing I believe.

No one can give u an answer to that hugrem, usually try not to import juice with any hardware that way you don't loose the whole shipment if it does get blocked by customs. As far as e-juice with nic is concerned it is not illegal, HC did place a advisory against it thou, customs it seems will send anything suspicious to HC and HC will give there recommendations to customs about letting it in or denying it entry. In my case it seems customs ignored HC recommendation to deny it entry and let in it anyways even thou they knew the exact nic content of the juices.

As for you it will really depend on if the customs officials decide to check your package and once it check if they let it in or not, it can go both ways. If you got it shipped by ems thou they will just ship it back to the shipper and you can pay to have them ship it back to you again usually. It works with other couriers too but not always.
