okay so i wont loose my money if they send it backs so im ok?

I don't know hun .... I basically agree with what everyone else has already said. It all depends on how your package was marked and shipped. If it does get rejected I hope the vendor is cooperative in helping you .. FYI, try to order Canadian when you can, importing is just not worth the hassle. I wish you luck, fingers crossed!

If this juice is $5 / 50ml bottle and the supplier has free shipping, make 4 seperate orders (each order total is $5 with free shipping) and the worst case scenario 3/4 are stopped at customs. So to get 50ml of this juice would work out to $20 which is not bad pricing all-in-all.
The chances of being held at the border is not likely 3 out of 4 and more like 1 in 100; at least that's what I gather from posts and personal exp.

I'm sorry, Dave. I'm afraid I can't do that.

I mean how do they can see that their is nicotine for e-cig ??? they open it ?
Not that I am an expert on e-juice and customs, but I know a couple of border agents and they can do whatever they want with packages arriving internationally. My guess is that if anything on the packing slip lists either all the contents or even just a known supplier it will get sent back. Maybe it's just me, but I wouldn't bother even trying, what with all the suppliers in La belle province and elsewhwre in .ca. Not to mention the heightened interest right now thanks to the recent articles in the papers.

Bonne Chance mon ami/amie!

It's a gamble.

Some will refund your money minus the shipping and some will charge you an extra restocking and processing fee. Some will just ignore that you exist. Some will cease to exist by the time the package is returned.

If you have a tracking number - you can watch it either pass through or get sent back. If the latter - it's always a good idea to contact the seller - tell them the package didn't pass customs and ask how to get your money back when they get the package.

okay but i also bought a camera , tripod and sd card , will they just keep the liquid and the cigarette and send me the rest ?

Hugrem, when asking about Canada Customs - there is no certain answer that anyone other than Canada Customs can provide.

It's really up to the individual agent who is there when your package arrives.

Everyone here can give you tons of advice, ideas, experience, stories - but it will never change what will happen when the items get here.

Generally - if a package is rejected - it's rejected. I've never heard of Customs repackaging the parts of a parcel they're okay with and sending the rest back in a different package.

I'm from Canada and have had 2 successful deliveries from the US with juice in both of them. I'm sure the vendor you bought from has shipped to Canada before and knows how to fill out the customs forms and other stuff so that it will have the best chance of making it through. I really think you will be fine. I really can't say what they would do with it if they did stop it, but I don't think you should worry yourself sick about it. I really do think it will come without a problem! :)
