Help finding an RTA?

Hello everyone. My name is Cruise. I have been vaping for approx 1 year. I am currently using the eleaf iStick with a Kayfun Lite + V2, which is about 1 year old. I am getting tired of all the dry hits. I am currently in the market for a new RTA. I am considering the Big Buddha RBA by EHPro and the Fogger V4 RBA. Any suggestions on how these might work with the eleaf iStick? I know an RDA would be a good investment that is why I am purchasing a Veritas RDA. I am looking for an RTA that I can use when I am out of my house.

The eleaf Lemo is a awesome rta tank, bigger build deck and has huge adjustable airflow.

I fixed up my Lemo. Have to agree with this. Air flow is great, the trapping holes inside the Pos & Neg posts are excellent, and it seems to be easier to wick thanks to the deck size.

I just did a little more research and I am now leaning toward the Kanger Sub-Tank. Any thoughts?

I got a sub tank tonight. I haven't used the RTA bit, I'm currently using the 0.5ohm stock coils.

Long story and post short:
Love it.

And so far I've used: Nautilus Mini, TOBH, Kayfun Lite 3.1, Magma, CLT v1, and Plume Veil (Bottom feed mod on Reo Grand LP). It's a great tank, I wanna try the 1.2 ohm coil before going to the RDA section, however the juice capacity, IMO makes the thing worthwhile as long as it doesn't end up goofy looking on your mod. The iStick (if it's 20w) won't fire your 0.5ohm coil, it'll do the 1.2 though. The iStick, IMO would look a little weird with this 25mm beast sitting on it.

FWIW I have the Big Buddha from Ehpro. I really like it, enough that I was disappointed with a few rdas I got recently. I don't know about an eleaf istick, I usually use my Sigelei 100w. This thing is a serious cloud chucker. I can't believe the vapor I get from it, and warm dense vapor too.
Pros:
Huge capacity 10 ml.
big build deck (really easy to build right).
Nice machining.
Good adjustable airflow, though I did drill it out a little.
Great wicking, don't get dry hits and I'm no pro.
glass and steel tank.
Cons:
Ugly drip tip.
non adjustable 510 pin.
huge size, sits nice on a 26650 or box mod though.
Bottom fill tank, kinda a bummer, but so many are.
Sometimes is prone to leaking if not kept upright.
Chamber top is a PITA to separate from chamber.
My normal build is .3 ohm, 2 mm dual coil, 24 ga. Sweet spot for that seems to be about 40-45 watts, also runs well on the mech.
I don't have any experience with any other tanks, aside from the nautilus mini, but thought I'd share what I know about one of them you mentioned.

If you do get an RDA or some sort of sub tank such as the kanger sub-tank or an aspire Atlantis they will not work on an iSitck. Why? Well the iStick is regulated to only run tanks that have coils of 1.0 ohms or higher. RDA builds and sub tanks are usually 0.5 ohms. If you do connect it to your iStick your screen will read "No atomizer" or something like that. So the solution would be to buy a mod that runs sub-ohms. As a previous owner of an eleaf iStick i know what I'm saying is true as I have tried it. Since I liked the slick design of the iStick I wanted a mod like it that runs sub ohms. In which I stumbled upon the iPV mini. The iPV Mini has pretty much the same design just a bit bigger and heavier.

EDIT: What iStick do you have? If you have an iStick 30W you can run RDA/Sub-tanks down to 0.4 ohms. If you have an iStick 20W you cannot use an RDA/Sub-tank on it. I didn't realize they came out with an iStick 30W till I read other posts on here.

Howdy,

For single coil, Lemo is a good choice, good airflow and an awesome atomizer for the price... I own the drop version and love'in it.

Dual coil I'd hold out for the UD Goblin atomizer, or you can pick up the SilverPlay atomizer at Vapor DNA's website at a darn good price.
Before you ask me "Well why not xyz atomizer"
Both the Goblin and SilverPlay have huge airflow, ok....so why am I excited about that.
Functionality finally is the reason, yes not everyone likes to be able to have airflow that could inflate the good year blimp, and I understand that but both of those are adjustable. I figure its better to have an atomizer that you can tone down if you like then be stuck later on wishing you could pull more airflow in ( Your not missing out anything by having to pin drill an atomizer for better airflow either, its a serious pain the rear to do).

Maybe I'm getting old in my modding years anymore, lol. I like the grab n vape without having to bust out my machine vice and drill press to vape anymore.

Just a thought :)
