banned in public places. this is slowly becoming a precedent in MN. mankato has practically banned vape shops, and duluth is about to do the same

Purely speculation,, but.. Our new Vikings stadium was to be funded by electronic pull tab sales,, which failed miserably,, so now its being funded by cig taxes.. More Vapers == less sin tax revenue for stadium.
