Pardon my ignorance...Shisha is actually worse than cigarettes and H** isn't doing jack about it..a simple search revealed this :-

By that logic of Shisha being worse than cigarettes, then Beedis should be banned and Cigars should be outlawed.
And we can start to push the gahmen to make certain varieties of cannaboid plants legal. (which is proven to be medically beneficial)

If HiShAm isn't giving any hoot about it, you'd still see Orange, Grape and other outlandish cigarettes being sold.
