I tried calling as well but does not pick up. Ughhh… I ordered plus hundred worth of diy. I feel so frustrated and sick with quality of products and customer service
Thanks for the suggestions everyone. There are floaties on flavors the most and tiny bit on vg and nicotine as well.
I shaked it, i did that bath thing, and i settled it down for awhile now. Floating stuff is now sitting on the bottle of the bottle like pulp on orange juice. This aint right for sure. I will contact and wait for their reply. Hope it goes well..

If you are Seeing Floaters in everything you bought, then more than Likely the Problem was with the Bottle/Caps used when they were Down-Filled.

Nicotine Giant can't really Participate in this thread. But as JCinFLA and r77r7r mentioned, they do have a Forum Suppliers sub-forum here on the ECF where they can.

No replies or answer from Nicotine Giant still… I know they are open right now.. also contacted the supplier forum thing you guys mentioned yesterday and no reply as well…
We will see if they ever answer.. I will keep you guys updated

I have a feeling they will be in touch. All we know so far is that NG sometimes send out dodgy stuff and they haven't made it right. I doubt they will want to let that stand. But bear in mind these aren't giant corporations with dedicated customer relations departments, one person out with a sprained ankle and all sorts of matters could get delayed.

Either that, or I'm on several people's Blocked list, which is a possibility, too. :)

Hmmm....I just went to the Nicotine Giant forum and I don't see a thread started by you. I also looked at your post history and I don't see any other thread about this issue besides this thread.

I agree, but apparently they don't lol. It appears they aren't really active on ECF anymore anyhow. You may have to dispute the charge with your bank. If they don't respond to a dispute, they will surely lose their money on top of an administration fee for the dispute. Sometimes this is the only way to get a retailer's attention. Give them a week before you do that.
