Help getting to coupon page

For what ever reason, I cannot get the coupon link to work even though I am logged in and a super member. Right now I am running IE on a new Windows 8 (hate windows 8, btw) machine. I keep getting a forbidden message or I must log in. Want to place a large order with VK. Any help would be appreciated.

Same here (Windows 7). I've been "forbidden" for the past 3 days. Makes me fell like some sort of shady character!
