So I am not use to the refil, I just switched from the high priced njoy to the NLA, very nice price! I have the juice and whatever, but cant get it to work right!!!

2 questions PLZ...

1. What other good refillable e-ciggs would work with the NLA? Batts & cartrige & charger?

2. Here's the issue...
I put 2 drops down the threaded end hole on the NLA. Waited 5 minutes, it hit 2x then gave out??? Tossed the cartrige.
After the second, "factory filled" ran out, I put 3 drops down its neck, left over night... Come morning it worked for a half day. :(<?
So I put 2 drops down its threaded neck, waited 10 minutes, again, got 2 hits then like 1 of 5 hits would produce vapor??? :?:
I read on their site you can pop off the white mouth end & drop direct into the cotton, I tried and cap got jacked up, so in the trash.

...... off I put on another new, "factory filled" tip, but soon it too will be gone.
**I am leaving the cartrige sitting upright durring the waiting period, threads up**

PLZ HELP! I luv this new NLA & the price refilling is awesome, if I can get it to do it!

Sounds like you are not filling them , correctly . And you reference carts, but maybe they're carto's (built in atomizer) This being the case , either use , the condom method , or just put drops in , at an angle , so as to drip them on the side of the filler , not down , the center hole . If it's a new one , also would help , to put a few drops , in the threaded end , to assure that the atty. is wet . Carto's will hold at least 12 to 15 drops , not two or three . Give that a try .

It sounds like maybe your flooding the atty. When You flood it, you need to either get the excess liquid out, or dry burn it out. Dont mess with those analog wanna be things. I did that too when I first started vaping, but boy do I regret wasting all that time, money, and frustration. Just save your money and get a ProVape, or ProVari (recommend the ProVape for beginners). And if you do stick with the analog type, start off with an Elektro and get a MANUAL battery. Not the ones that activated with you sucking air, cuz eliquid can get in there and clog it up for good, or just have more problems in general. At least with a manual you can dry burn excess liquid off, and get more vapor. Trust me, after you almost running out of batteries a handful of times, and your tiny analog look alike battery lives start deteriorating, you WILL start to look elsewhere for something with a much larger battery that holds much more liquid. You wanna quit smoking right? So why mimic an analog. Most analog look alikes are garbage anyhow. Good luck with that though.

Very confusing.

1. Link to the NLA - I have no idea what that is

2. Are you using cartridges on an atomizer that screws onto a battery? or cartomizers that screw right onto the battery?

With a decent ecig there should be no need to drip liquid into a tiny hole.

OK - I see - sorry that is nasty. They are telling customers to refill cartomizers by dripping "2-3 drops" into the threaded end hole
http://www.neverlightagain.com/How-do-Electronic-Cigarettes-Work

Do they have a warranty? I would return it.

If you can't return it then first try 510 standard resistance Boge cartomizers (not the LR ones) - see VapoKings.com for some prefilled ones. Then if those don't work try RN4081 cartomizers (see AZSmokeFree.com). One of those might fit. It appears to have a female battery and male cartomizers and the two most likely threadings are 510 and RN4081. That does not mean its charger and batteries are necessarily compatible with either of those. I know some 510 clones are reverse polarity and their chargers fry real 510 batteries. but cartomizers don't care about that.

When you get real cartomizers with a soft-cap that OPENs then you can put juice right into the stuffing, and 2-3 drops most certainly is not enough with real cartos.

THANKS FOR THE REPLYS EVERYONE!

It says on the site, one can pop off the white cap & add 4-6 drops. As this is the "prestige" series. I really like the price with this though.
At the store..
3 Carto's, $7 & they say one can refill each carto 7-10 times.
Ejuice, $7 for, from what I can tell, a 4-5ml bottle, they say it is good for 10 refills.

***If it only took 2-3 drops, then this lil bottle would refil like 30-40x at this rate!*** So i agree, it needs more drops.
I like the idea of $30 a month for my habit, this does kick cancer sticks to the curb! I get money come mid sept so I will stay with this & try try try. Then maybe invest 250$ on a kit for life!

With my cartomizers, a blank holds 18 or more drops of juice. I add juice whenever the vapor seems a bit dry or a bit light or tastes bit off. Usually when I add juice into the stuffing - I hold tissue on the threaded end hole and it usually wants at least 5 drops, sometimes 7-8 (i.e I top mine off when they are about 1/3 used up - that's when it seems a bit dry to me). I give it want it want to soak in. Then I clean up - I make sure the threaded end is dry. My cartos have a defined center air channel so I tilt the open end down and puff into the threaded end to clear the air channel. if the top of the stuffing looks too wet like it will leak or sputter, I lightly touch a tissue to it. Then recap and vape.

You probably have auto batteries (drag to turn on) so you have to be extremely careful not to let cartos leak on your battery. Auto batteries are more prone to damage or death caused by juice leaks.

BTW - if you have Njoy Npro or Njoy 2-n-1 - its cartomizers are RN4081. So if its cartomizers do not fit NLA then try the 510 threaded standard resistance ones. (the low resistance ones are only for fat battery models and mods with long-charge batteries)

You can get 5 Boge's for about $8 from litecigUSA.

I DID IT!!!
Refill that is!
After much research I ended up at a youtube vid last night. The Carto's white tip does come off if using a properly fit rod to fit the hole, then spin round while appling preasure to pop the the cap woith out damage, then slide out the round spacer. Then one can easily drop ejuice right to the cotton evenly!!!

YEAH!!! I'm not stuck w a POS! I will still get a Joy 510 or a DSE901 in a month as this simply looks rather lame compared to those sleak black ones. This is a joy 510 knock off so I will prob buy that as I do like the NLA compared to others I tried, the Njoy Pro< to hard to hit & to costly, and the disposable Smokers 1st Choice< give one a horrid cough!

Thanks for all the help peeps!

If in a month you're looking for a good price point, bigger battery, take a look at the Riva 510. You can get a 2 battery kit for just over $30 after october20 discount code, from liberty flights -- other vendors also have frequent sales.

For eliquid, good quality stuff is generally $13 - $16 for 30 ml. The Boge that ShannonA mentioned are good, popular, products, sold by many vendors. For a standard 510 pv use the standard resistance, while if later on you get larger batteries (like the Riva or eGo), it's fine to drop to a 2 ohm low resistance (LR) cartomizer (lower resistance = more power/wamth/vapor). The Boge cartos use a soft rubber endcap, you can pop it out easily with a paperclip (it's designed to be easily removed and replaced).

On initial filling a typical standard carto takes up to 1 ml -- 20 - 30 drops. Then you top it off periodically, whenever you notice vapor production or taste decreasing.

If you want to enjoy using an ecig, you should probably stop buying from the highly advertised websites that offer rebranded items at a huge mark up.

*** I didn't buy from their site, which is marked up indeed. I bought from a local smoke shop & all was very cheap. :)
Like stated, I'm going to run this NLA till I can buy a JOYE 510 as the NLA is a knock off of & works rather well. Just want the sleaker look of the blk 510

That looks like a Nicotek...same thing I got first and picked up at the local gas station. They work fine and you can refill using the condom method but in my experience they don't taste very good and get a burnt taste pretty quickly. If you want to stick with buying the prefilled carts the one I had isn't bad but cost more than rolling your own analogs in my experience. You should check out the reviews forum and watch videos and unboxings and see what you are drawn to from those or you tube reviews...and make a list of models you like and then do some research and compare them. That's what I did for the last month or so and I decided on the Halo G6.

    in a cave, eh?
Good for you. Good luck with your system.

If you do decide to upgrade, I would suggest one of the following systems:

Looks like a cigarette: The Smokeless Image Volt. It's a 2-piece system: battery + cartomizer. I would recommend at least one of your batteries is a manual (there's a button to push when you vape). I think you'll like it more than the Joye 510.

Battery only needs charging once or twice a day: Riva 510 from Liberty-Flights. It's the size of a Sharpie, but your battery will last much longer. One thing that's nice about the bigger models like the Riva is you can try low-resistance atomizers and really get a lot of flavor and vapor from your e-cig.

On the njoy I would either take the rubber cap that came on the cart, pull out the "nipple/plug" drop about 8 drops in it, take the cart with the metal part down and push it into the cap with the liquid and it would go right into the cart and repeat. It would last for a while and when the taste gets bad repeat! I didn't buy carts ever again. It takes some trial and error till you figure the right amount and a couple tastes of juice but you'll get it eventually! Go on you tube and look up how to refill cartridges e cig. Good luck

    3 Carto's said:
That might sound good, but Smokeless Image sells the carts 5 for about $10 and the juice is 10 ml for about $8. I can tell you that I can refill mine at least 15 times and I would bet some have been refilled way more than 20. Also with the pressed design, you are only vaping the juice, and the filter material doesn't burn. As long as you keep the cart wet, they will last for a long time. Try vaping a dry cart, even just once and it's toast.
