Hi guys, I finally decided to stop smoking and start vaping and ordered e-cig and e-liquid. As I was short with money I ordered one flavor(Hangsen-Fruit Cocktail,3x30ml) juice only that was on discount. That juice have so strong flavor of banana that I literally want to throw up. One of my friend vapes so he gave me 10ml of Hangsen-Apple until I find something to solve this problem with overflavored juice. As I can't find pure PG or VG to dilute here in Bosnia&Herzegowina and ordering it online will take 3-4 weeks to arrive I please you to tell me what to do couse I don't want to go back to analogs while waiting waiting those 3-4 weeks. To mix it with distiled water, drinking water, leave it open or something else? Sorry for my English, it's 5:02 here in Bosnia.

Hi Chill26 and welcome to ECF. What percentage of PG and VG is your juice? For example 70% PG, 30% VG is quite common.

Also, you can't get 100% pure PG or VG. The best I believe you can get is USP grade (there is probably a different system in Europe) that is I believe about 98% - 99% pure. I buy mine form my local pharmacy. They use PG to dilute some drugs so they should have some of that, though I have no idea if they will sell it to you. VG, also known as simply glycerin (but must be USP grade or equivalent) is found in the skin care area in my local pharmacies here in Canada.

You should be able to purchase Vg (vegetable glyerin) at your local pharmacy. They will call it just "glycerin".

It's 80% PG, 20% VG. Thank you for reply.

You're welcome. Using 60% VG I add 4% distilled water to thin my juice a bit. I would expect you to be able to add around 5% DW to your juice to dilute it a bit, but I doubt that would make much difference in flavor.

The other thing you could do is let it 'steep' for a while. Steeping is simply aging a juice for a while. It will change flavor, and tobacco juices are known to change more than others. There are also ways to accelerate the steeping process a bit. This thread talks about it; Steeping Times and an Ultrasonic Cleaner Part III. They talk about using ultrasonic cleaners, heat and other methods.

I already searched for glycerin in local pharmacy stores and all of them have it but none of is labeled as "Vegetable". Pharmacysts doesn't know the source of it and I don't want to risk. Maybe all of them are vegetable and I could buy this and use?
If I recall, vegetable glycerin is processed from coconut oil. As I said before, the pharmacists will know it as just "glycerin". And as Ryedan said, it can be found in the skin care products or diabetic foot care products. It is also used as a skin emollient and natural sweetener in many processed foods.

Vegetable glycerin comes under a few different names. Here's the wikipedia page on it.

Here is also a post about it on ECF; Purity of PG, VG and PEG - The Short Version.

I don't know if either of these will help you at all, but I can't think of anything else right now.

I'll tell Pharmacyst as you wrote:"processed from coconut oil, used as skin emollient and natural sweetener in many processed foods", and hope she will know what I'm talking about. :) Also decided to try Steeping one bottle, removed all the caps and tomorrow will try to speed it up with some of the methods found in Ryedan's link. Sorry I didn't quote you guys, not used to use forums, thank you again for your fast response.

Guys I bought something labeled as "glycerolum", one old pharmacyst told me it's VG. Diluted my juice but still can't vape as this morning I cleaned(from that strong flavored juice) and dry burned my MT3 clearomiser so I can fill it with apple juice friend gave me and vape at work. I did it EXACTLY as shown in this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9BMcvsuBYJo but for some reason now it gurgles and leaks. Hope to finally get it all working and just VAPE... for hours... :)
