Does anybody of any ebay seller that sells pure kosher PG or VG with nicotine.. And that offers international shipping? I would like to explore makong my own e-juice. Thanks!

You cannot buy nicotine (in PG or VG or juice) from ebay in the US. Hopefully someone who buys nicotine from some of the DIY vendors will know if they ship internationally.
