OMG, what a mess.
If you have a reg old fashioned nutcracker, grip the cap tightly and turn, sounds like the internal part of the lid has slipped. Other than that, I have no ideas.

I was thinking pliers, but the nutcracker sounds better. Does sound like internal part is off and won't budge otherwise. Good luck!
Use a 16 or 18 gauge needle and peirce it then suck all the juice up and transfer to another bottle.
LOL..Hate when that happens, TT is a master of the obvious! They should call them adult proof, cuz the kiddos never have a problem with them... go figure
I was thinking that if you have a good potholder with the really good stuff on the bottom...that works to grip just about anything....the (not cheap) one that I bought will grip well enough to get anything open....
Oh Heck Just get a pair of scissors and cut the top of the bottle off and transfer the juice to another bottle. I have had to do that a couple of times the dropper part of the bottle has probably come off or loose and has got stuck to the cap If that is the casw it is hard to get the cap off
that's a bummer, sorry you had a problem with it. hope you got it off. we have those in non-childproof also
LOL, thanks for all the suggestions...I ended up going with brute force and getting out a pair of pliers and ripping the cap off. Fortunately, I have empties, so a replacement cap was no problem. You know, I forgot to try my 5 year old nephew
