I forgot to buy a charger for the batteries so I am about to place an order at RTDvapor.com for the Trustfire TR-001. Is there anything else I am missing from my order? Again I hope to have a setup that will help both myself and my girlfriend to stop smoking. Also, with the items I have received already, is there any prep work I should be doing before I receive my order from Parkes Vaping? Do the batteries need to be charged before I use them?

Any help will be very much appreciated and thank you for all the help in advance.

Got chargers for the Joyes? You'll need a special charger just for them. Might be too low on the nic levels.

If it were me I would get another Batt too (18650), you will want to have 1 for each device and 1 charged ready to go for each device so when it goes on the charger you have one to put back in. I have a feeling you and your girlfriend might be fighting over that 1 extra battery when you both need to recharge at the same time..... I rotate 3 on my device and I don't have another vaper to contend with for power.....

Well I know who inspired most of that hardware. I think I did right here. Carbon, I wouldn't steer you wrong. For what you said you wanted, you got a killer set up there. If you plan to run both Parkes mods simultaneously, you might want another batt but, I'm not sure you do.

A few extra bottles never hurt. A couple small ones (6ml or less) if you want compact carrying, and a couple of bigger ones for doctoring juices (if necessary.) You do have a bunch of bottles there that you can keep when used up, though.

Battery and/or pv carry case?

As mentioned, another 18650 would be ideal.

I'm not sure if you got an atomizer in that initial order, but they are good to have for taste-testing. You will find yourself trying to doctor juices that you don't like, unless you don't mind tossing the liquid.

Yes Sir, MickeyRay, I saw your advice and I figured I'd run with it! I apologize for not giving you the credit in my initial post but the credit for my "final answer" goes to you, my friend, without a doubt.

I cannot stress enough the thanks I have to all who have helped me out in my time of need. These analogs are downright killing me, although I know that's not a secret, I am confident I will be done with them after I complete the final tweaks needed to get me into vapor paradise.

I am currently kicking myself for neglecting to purchase a charger on order day but I blame that on rtdvapor.com for not having the battery I needed in stock at the time, hence the need to order from Oveready.com. I will see if I am able to add another battery to my same order and maybe a case for the batteries. Does anyone know of a promo code for rtdvapor.com?

Lastly, what is this mention about needing a special charger for the Joyes? I'm glad I checked with you guys because I am clueless. Which type of charger do I need for the Joyes?

I, and I think a few others, mistook the items below for Joye 510 batteries. I see by the price that they are almost certainly atomizers, so no worries about getting a charger for Joye 510 batteries. You just need a charger for the 18650 batteries that you'll be using in the Diamond and Shine units.

With 3 atties, a carto/tank, and 10 more cartos, you should be set for a while. Personally, I'd worry about the switch (or something) dying on the two PVs you got (for two people,) and buy or build a backup PV (battery unit) sometime.

It looks as if all of your cartos and atties are Standard Resistance (~3.0 ohms.) You may want to try a pack of Boge LR 2.0 ohm cartomizers, which will also work with your tank, and will produce more, and warmer, vapor.

Boges are awesome; don't wait like I did. Just received my Boges yesterday and I love 'em. I use the 3.0 ohm for my Lavatube (variable voltage) but 1.7 ohm or 2.0 ohm would be good for you. I just got starter kits so I wouldn't forget anything and still bought 2 extra batteries after that. Good luck!

I would say as a rule of thumb though that you would be best to have 3 batteries each, one to use, one to charge and a spare for if one fails.
Other than that when you get going don't wait till you are almost out of something, I restock when I get down to a fornight's worth of Juice etc so that I have time for things to arrive in the post.

No, you did get two. I didn't see the quantity column at first. Also, I didn't realize that the joye 510s listed are atomizers, not batteries. You should be good for a while. I had just thought that your only options for juice holders/vaporizers were 5 cartomizers, and I didn't want you to run out in the first couple of days if you accidentally burned or messed up a few. Looks good. Let us know how you like everything!

Lucent, I am certainly relieved, for a minute there I was thinking I overlooked a major part of the process. I envisioned needing a charger for every piece of kit I ordered and eventually finding it necessity to invest in a backpack to carry all of my new found belongings in. 8-o

This sounds like my luck exactly; I set out to cover all of my bases only to overlook the possible/probable malfunction of the piece that makes the magic happen. Again, I appreciate you catching that one for me too and of course it leaves me wondering if there is another PV you or anyone would recommend as backup\forerunner for my current kit? What sounds more interesting is the possibility of building my own. Any links in that direction would be more than looked upon as I am a hardware/software engineer by trade.

Taking your advice, as well as others, I ordered the Boge LR SLV (510 Boge LR Stainless) from rtdvapor.com and judging by all the positive feedback on these I'm guessing they will serve me right.

Like I said above, ambeck, I have heard nothing but positive feedback on Boge cartos. I am very thankful for your input, I can't wait to be done with these analogs and I would still be lost if it wasn't for helpful people like you and everyone else.

Thanks Trilly, I will definitely take heed to your warning. I have ordered an extra battery and once I figure out what I'm supposed to do with all this stuff I hope to have a good idea on what to stock up on. Until then I will rely on the little luck I hope I have left.

I'll tell ya, the initial process of finding the "perfect" setup for one's vaping needs is more than overwhelming but if it wasn't for all the help I've received since I joined this forum it would have been downright impossible for me to decipher and decide.

I'm going to disagree on the carto punch just yet. I can just see you loading up a big fat tank with the wrong flavor or strength juice and being stuck with it or wasting it.
