Mine lasted about a week the last time. I tried everything except unflavored, since I had none. But rather than vape other juices I had, I completely went off my regular flavor profile. In fact I tried flavors that I generally don't like in food. For me it was an absinthe/anise blend. Ended up loving it actually...lol! When it hit me, I was vaping many different flavors but they were ALL fruit flavors. So I lost all ability to taste anything fruit. I was able to taste the anise, cinnamon candy flavors, and tobaccos.

Do NOT overdo brushing your tongue, you'll just irritate it and make it worse. Same with Biotine, if you use too much your mouth feels slimy and nasty and gross.

DO drink water, add a drop of lemon juice or two.

Get a saline nasal rinse, and use that a couple times a day. The problem isn't actually your tongue. It's the area where your sense of taste and sense of smell meet. Any post nasal drip will mess with that. Sniff coffee beans to refresh that area.
