Nope, not a rainbow. It's a fairly new dripper sold as the Optimus at MadVapes and as the Stainless Steel RDA at EmpireMods. http://www.Empiremods.com/product_p/ssrda2.htm
Kind of an odd dripper, has 5 tiny holes that covers a good third of the diameter, and uses the same type of brass posts with thumb screws as the Smoktech Octopus. It's a little airy, but works fairly well. Not my favorite dripper but it'll get used.

not quite yet, but i think i just need to find the right coil setup and practice building. this is my first time building my own coils, so lets just say theyre not the best. or we can say that theyre the worst.
