You can get prefilled carts but it's cheaper to get blanks and juice. Hope that helps.

Prefilled cartridges are pretty nasty. I love Liberty Flights but really dislike their juice. I'd get juice from a juice vendor that sells juice. Get a box of cartomizers from them and purchase juice somewhere else. I gave you the link to where I get my juice and since your in NJ too you get it really quick.

There are 3 basic ways to add your e-liquid....(1) carts+attys; or (2) dripping; or (3) cartomizers. With carts, you add your e-liquid to the filling material inside the cartridges which then, in turn, fit into an atomizer. With dripping, you drip your e-liquid directly onto the "bridge" inside the atomizer and use either an empty cart or a drip-tip as your mouthpiece. The third method combines a cart with an atty into one unit, where you add the e-liquid directly to it with a variety of methods.

If that sounds like a bit too much information for now, my suggestion is to be guided by the type of ecig you eventually decide upon and start with one method, and experiment with others as you go.
