Help... just placed order and need to change it!!!

I immediately submitted a ticket after placing my order once I realized I made an error but have already gotten a shipping notification within half an hour of placing my order. I ordered 510-801 adapters when I need adapters for my 801 buzz pro to take cartos made for my 510 Riva. I need to make a switch on my order but can't find a phone number and haven't gotten a reply on my ticket. Help! DOes anyone know how to contact them FAST????

Shipping notice or processing? If it's shipped they probably can't change it but if it's processing they can..from what I've read they catch it a lot of times and change the order..besides calling there number that is right on the home page the ticket is the only way to do it really and they prefer you use the ticket system...

Thanks:) I sent a ticket within 5 minutes of placing the order and although they post their working hours as 9-5 I DID find the number, called at 4-ish and got a recorded message without the option to leave a message back. I doubt they got it sent it out today... I placed the order at 3pm and within 10 minutes had shipping notification? They probably (hopefully) just processed it electronically thus far.It also helps my chances that I chose first class shipping instead of priority. Does anyone working at madvapes have an account here? I'll be so bummed if I paid for shipping just to get a bunch of the wrong adapters! They were supposed to be 801-510, not 510-801. I always make mistakes when I'm in a hurry...arghhhhh.
