I'm sure it has a different chip than this clone ZNA I have, but with that, when the device is OFF, I hold the power up/down buttons both simultaneously, and it unlocks or relocks the power.

edit : just looked at some reviews, and they say there's no locking mode, so my info is probably a waste of time.

sounds to me like the up and down buttons are unresponsive. as in, not connected or poorly connect to the board. RMA time!
But the only thing id I can hold both of them down together and they work to flip the screen to the other side. So to me they are responsive, correct?

    Just got it working !!!!! Have no idea what happened but it finally changed the watts for me. All afternoon it wouldn't move but alas now it is working. Thank you all whom replied I really appreciate it.

    Awesome, but I did read about issues with the chips on a batch. Maybe swap it anyways?

    Yeah, I saw nothing about a lock either. All models should have them now as a standard, I'd think.
