hi there, my problem is that i seem to always get juice in my mouth, i have an SE gold (rn4081) and gave up on cartridges after the first day or so and just drip my atty. whenever i suck through it i hear the liquid bubbling and blowing it out doesnt seem to help, it also seems that unless i put a good deal of liquid in there i dont get sufficient vapor, but when i do put enough liquid in there to get good vapor, it pulls through and i get it in my mouth. Does anyone know what i can do to fix/avoid this problem?

It sounds like you are having to flood your atty just to get sufficient vapor. I don't know a lot about SE to guess whether this is normal or if your atty just needs to be cleaned. If this is normal, it might be worth it to you to check out the 510 if vapor is important to you. cignot has a kit for $35.00.

Cignot your Midwest Electronic Cigarette store.

Sounds like you have a pool of liquid below the heating element. Blow it out really good then re-prime. If it happens again, use less liquid. Had it happen a few times when I was using my 510. Now I just use a cartomizer and I couldn't be happier.

You will get the best vapor when the heater is wet, but the rest of it is fairly dry. Otherwise the extra liquid acts as a heat sink.

Be VERY careful about dripping with an SE, as the battery on the Gold is not sealed and the liquid can run through your atty and ruin the battery.

I tried using an SE Gold for nearly a month (I kept going back to analogs as it didn't give me what I was looking for).

After researching on here for over a week, I ordered the Joye510 from cignot (I got the $65 kit with the PCC) and the day I got it in the mail, I stopped smoking analogs.

I don't know anything about your e-cig, and I am completely new to this whole thing... but, one thing I learned fairly quickly like you was the vape and flavour was not so strong after a few hits - I realized I was filling my carts more often than wished & got more leaking than I wanted too (over zealous?). I tried dripping a couple of times, but thought that was sort of a pain, just like adding to my carts so I went searching for mods. After a few tried mods, I landed on the spring mod.. 2 days with the spring so far and I love it! Keeps the atty wet and each and every drag is pretty consistent & strong to the very last drop! I burned through my first test bottle really fast through trial and error, but since I added the spring, wow the liquid I'm going through is far less, and the need for an analog is down to a few puffs of one instead of a few whole analogs without the spring. Like I said I am new :) Might be worth a try? I currently vape with the m601/602 with the spring in the vertical position instead and a PTB plug. No leaking yet....

This is one thing people have to understand. Cleaning it will not harm it if soaked in rubbing alchohol then rinsing in water at all but make sure it is totally dry before using again. It's just plain logic electronics and water don't mix well.

You can clean video cards from you computer in a alcohol bath but you don't just plug it in right after correct?

I don't even drip on the coil after a good cleaning just fill up the cart and take a short hit then another until the wick sucks it up then it's good as new. Now this subject has been covered over and over ad nauseum. Plain and simple the wick has to be a bit wet but not flooded nor dry. If you want to test this out take a lightbulb and drill a hole in it then screw it in after the glass is opened and see how long it lasts, maybe a second or so. Get the drift?

I'm not trying to be sarcastic but this has been covered over and over.
