Help Locating diy or flavor threads, plz

I'm very new to ecf and diy, not vaping.
I find this places... well to be honest, very hard to navigate. if someone could direct me to finding flavor % or even some recipe names that would be great!

I found it over months and kept a list so I could learn. All I do is copy my list to the message box,

I've had great success with the e-liquid-recipes site, the built in calculator really simplifies things, and the database of shared recipes with reviews is so useful
