Help! Magnet is stuck in my Stingray X clones button

So I have been having the crunch button problems so many other stingray users have. I took the button apart, and the magnet fell out, flipped over, and went right back up into the button. I didn't think the magnets were that strong. Anyways, I don't know how to get it out.

I thought the black ring in this pic would screw off, but I am not sure if it does. If it does, it is almost flush with the copper ring ot sits on.

I managed to get the magnet out. Crisis averted lol.
