Help making a choice.

They are both very good models, fully compatible with each other. The eGO/Tornado (i.e., true eGO, not a clone) is made by Joye and was the first "fat batt" (i.e., high-mAh e-cig battery). [The Tornado is Totally Wicked's name for the Joye eGO. It is identical and not a clone]
The Riva-510 has higher mAh and tends to be less expensive. [That is, the Riva's 750 mAh to the eGO's 650 ... and the mega Riva's 1100 to the mega eGO's 900 (or 1000).
And those are just two of the myriad fat batt models available today. I just mentioned some of the others in my answer to this other ATV question: "Help! What to pick for Christmas, Ego, Inferno, or Tornado?"
