He smokes Nat Shermans. He is BIG into his image because he is a actor. He likes the thought of the e-cig, but he likes the look of a nat sherman. He is very old school. Dose not like catchy tech stuff. So does not like the blu or different color leds. He wants an e-cig that looks JUST like a reg Nat Sherman. It has to taste just like if not very close to a natty as well. Does anyone know if such a thing exists? I have yet to come across one. however he said he saw a woman with one.

???

Are they very long? And what color does he vape?

128mm long
If white - Joye 510 Mega xl manual and use with the tan or white Boge cartomizers from NiteLiteVapor.us (only place I have seen the tan and white Boge cartos sold). The cartomizer is a combined disposable cartridge with internal atomizer - I can get 10 days out of each using clear thin juices if I keep the cartomizer damp (run them dry and you singe them). That combo would be 128mm long with a cartomizer - quite long. And all decent slim ecigs are a bit thicker than a cigarette. If he smokes black shermans - check Cignot - they may have black mega xl Joye 510 w/ red led and most places do not list LED color (sort of assumed blue on black 510). Hard to find black batteries w. red LED.

100mm long
It may be easier to find the short standard 510 manual in black w/ red LED - very short battery life 180mah (100 mah is about 1 hour of moderate vaping) and about 100mm long w/ a cartomizer attached.

Note - Cignot puts their name on the batteries so you may want to look elsewhere. And use black Boge cartomizers on black manual 510. Slim ecigs can only use standard resistance cartomizers (2.5 to 3 ohm, not the hotter LR stuff below 2.5 ohm). And in Boges I recommend 80PG/20VG juices.

As you can see I only recommend manual (press button to activate battery). The 510 manuals are fully sealed metal on the threaded end so they are safe from being damaged or killed by juice leaks. And manuals make it easy to get a good hit.

He does not vap yet.

I was try to get him to get a joye 510, but its too fat. However the regular is the right lenght. This has to be just a bit slimmer. He wants it too look almost identical to the Nat Sherman. Which is pretty slim for a analog but not as slim as a capri. They are dark brown in color. He would also like the amber LED. I think I might have to call a company and custum order something. The batt life is going to suck. But he dosen't care about carring chargers and extra batts.

Dose anything slimmer then the 510 exist?

Yes but don't expect much - this is not the right direction

M401 (108mm and decent battery life of 210mah) and M402 about 1cm shorter with worse battery life and I recommend manual batteries for the best hit you can manage to get out of them. Also manual is a bit harder to kill with juices leaks and won't turn on accidentally from wind or vibration.

And this place has a sale and is discontinuing carrying them
myPVshop Electronic Cigarettes - 510/eGo Electronic Cigarette

Horrible recessed tiny juice cartridge. You need to carry an unbent paperclip to push up the recessed tiny juice cup to add juice. And as with any cartridges it can suddenly dump juice in your mouth or on you. The only cartomizers I have ever seen for them were old beta M401 CE2 reservoir cartos (old design, and like all CE2/CE3 need a syringe to fill)

I started on M402 and then M402 and within 3 weeks after spending a lot on spares and charging cases etc. I was looking for something better with decent cartomizers. But it is only as thick as a normal marlboro. EDIT - see below - there may now be some cartomizers for M401

You can also try searching for a "name" brand that sells an E8 model - a cigarette-slim cartomizer model but the one place I knew of that supposedly had them no longer seems to.

Somewhere out there
Here is what a Halo G 6 looks like, it is slimmer than 510. Also has decent batt life, around 2 hrs for me. bnrk eciglabels2 001.jpg

Halo G6 is not slimmer than the slim model Joye 510. I have a SmokelessImage Volt which is identical to Bloogplanet and Halocigs G6 and the Volt is a smidge wider than 510 and so are it's cartomizers a smidge wider than Boge 510 cartos (a drip tip that is too tight to fit in BOge fits in a Bloogplanet carto).

EDIT - I found there ARE cartomizers for M401 now - just search Google for M401 cartomizers.

Bummer out of stock
M401 Cartomizer 5-pack Empty
And only tobacco flavor here

etc

M401 manual would be acceptable with cartomizers. M401 is a good mm slimmer than G6 or 510. HOWEVER you will have to do more searching for cartomizers. This may not be a good option. If you get it he may be stuck using the cartridges and atomizer.
