Hello new member here and new juice maker. I have been trying my hand at some recipes i have found that seem to be exactly what im looking for in the flavor department. The flavor is really good in all the juices ive made but they all seem to be light or muted. I've tried adding more flavor and upping the nic but it always seems to just make them all sweeter but not bolder like i want. Basically i'm trying to keep the flavor where its at sweet wise but make it harsher i guess. A guy at my local vape shop suggested i add something called EA but i have no idea what that is and no one up there was any help on explaining what that was. so if you guys have any advice for me i would be most grateful and also the flavors im making are custard types.

the best custard flavours have nasty chemicals in them -- so we are seeing companies that are reducing the amount of Diacetyl -- which means the rich flavor is reduced... kind of a bummer but better than getting popcorn workers lung...

if you really want to make your own rich custard you will need to find a company that has a lot of Diacetyl -- which is not something they typically like to advertise -- maybe look at the list of non-recommendeds here on the forums...

I don't recommend inhaling diacetyl or AP if you can avoid it (and evidence sort of suggests you can't).

I know TFA and a lot of other flavoring manufacturers are making V2's of their custard flavoring that are, supposedly, diacetyl and AP-free. It's sort of questionable, and I prefer to stay away from custardy/creamy/potentially diacetyl-y flavors.

If you want more throat hit/more "harsh", then probably more nicotine. There's no way just adding more nicotine would make them sweeter. Is your nicotine in something sweet?

I am not sure what EA is but I usually make mine at 10-20% flavor, total of different flavors to create recipe. If you are using a high VG percentage it can mute your flavors also. It also depends on your vaping hardware. Keep reading and you will find the answers your looking for.Good Luck.
