I would actually look for the silver version of this charger that does 3.2v/3.7v if you are going to be using the blue AW CR123 LiFeP04's.

Then again, there is no real issue that I know of with slightly under-charging your batts aside from run time between charges.

I had a 188 as well but no matter how long I charge my 3.7v , it will only stay green and not red to green. When I check on the strength, no movement. So now decided to get a separate ones , one for 3.2 and a ultrafire 139 for 3.7.

There is no switch so you risk over charging I believe.

the TR-001 does not charge 3.0-3.2v batteries. I use my WF-188 for that
