I have been using menthol and have decided that I want to try a tobacco tasting liquid.

Which flavors and in what order do you prefer them? I sometimes order from Litecigusa, they have several flavors. I don't want one that is really strong. What about the RY3 or RY4, do you know?

What other ones, Winston, Virginia or what? I need to place an order right away so I hope to get some replies soon.

Thank you,
Pat

I really like 555. I'll let you know about RY4 later. Just got my bottle in tonight.

Ry4 has kinda a nutty flavor to it so Im not sure that I would add menthol to it so I would say virginia or if your buying it and dont vir already maybe some mild 7. I know vir and menthol is good I do that all the time. Cigar, cherry, and menthol is quite good as well. Personally I do like 555 but it has a nutty flavor as well so I dont know if I would put menthol on that either.

I did purchase a 50ml Marlb flavor from Rocky Mountain Vapor that I still use and I find quite good, it came at 24mg strength. But whichever you decide and try, if you were to get a small bottle of Laranns Creme de Menthe flavor and add about 1 drop per ml, you may be pleasantly surprised at the menthol flavor you end up with.

Do you get the Laranns Creme de Menthe there as well or where do I get that? So you don't recommend just adding the menthol flavor juice?

I got my flavors online direct from Lorran here but you've got to be sure not to get any of the oils because if you read the item details you'll see that the oils are insoluble (does not mix) with water. So be sure to check the details of each one you order to be sure it is soluble in water.

You can sometimes find them locally in Wal-Mart (baking supplies) and I got some from A.C. Moores in their frosting/cake/candy ingredients section.

I love menthol in general and I love RY4 in particular, and from my recent experience I can tell you that your instinct to not mix them is on point.

The recent experience:
I accidentally topped off a delicious RY4 cart with some delicious menthol. I realized it right before I stuck the cart into the atty, but figured what the heck, it might be good... Oh what a mistake that was! :( It was so nasty, it made my stomach churn. What's worse is that I didn't immediately give up on it, and kept vaping it a while to see if the flavors evened out. They didn't, and I finally gave up when I started to feel nauseous. Then I had to deal with the repeated cleanings of the atty to get that flavor the hell out of there. The whole ordeal majorly sucked.

So no, I wouldn't personally recommend mixing RY4 and menthol. The conflicting tastes apparently wreak havoc trying to fight each other.
