I've been trying to remember the name of this one sci-fi series, with a pretty basic concept.
A police officers wife is raped, he finds the dude and kills him then one month later he dies and goes to hell. The devil employs him as a "bounty hunter" as such and the only way to send them back to hell is pretty much stab their eyes out. "The eyes are windows to the soul" has a little skinny dude who plays satan... anyone remember the name?
