I am interested in vaping, and need some info. I now smoke "analog" Marlboro light menthol. I am looking for a veteran recomended e-cig and juice comparable to my current brand. Also, i drink daily, and love my smoke with vodka. I know somebody drinks and vapes. Any info would be appriciated. Also, where to purchase would help. Thank you in advance. 7-2.

I don't know if you would consider me a "veteran" but my go to vape is Pure Cig with menthol from Freedom Smoke USA. It's not a heavy "tobacco" taste, just a smoky taste. I don't drink often anymore, but I don't think that it would interfere with anything that you would be drinking. You don't say how much you smoke, so I'm going to assume at least a pack a day. I would vote for the eGo as well. The batteries last longer than a lot of cigarette looking e-cigs out there. If you're drinking, you don't want to be fumbling around to find a charged battery. Freedom Smoke USA has those also. Use the coupon code freedomsmokeusa when ordering and you'll get 10% off of your purchase.

i actually started with a magma from volcano and i wouldn't say i was disappointed but the batteries just didn't last even though the quality seemed to be there i ordered their inferno t (ego t) and love it the battery lasts all day and i get better flavor out of it. as far as menthol goes... don't know... hated smoking them so i hope someone else has some guidance for you on that.

ego before a volcano? I don't want to invest twice.

At a pack a day, you're ready for an eGo/Riva/Inferno, etc... It's pretty much the same thing. The Riva and the Inferno are just rebranded eGo's. I mentioned eGo because that is the battery that FSUSA carries and they also carry the juice that I was recommending. Just a suggestion...

I agree with chimney. If you're smoking a pack a day then you'll want the larger capacity battery. A regular sized, cigarette type battery just isn't going to cut it for you, even if you only use it at home. It's the difference between having to recharge every couple of hours and only recharging every 6-8 hours. I started with a Riva and just the two batteries would last me from 5AM until I went to bed at around 9 or 10PM. It's a very solid PV, easy to use and maintain and performs consistently.

You might also look into the eGo-T, which is also a solid performer at reasonable price. You can find both at Liberty-Flights. If you click the Discount Code tab at the top you'll be able to save another 20% off of your purchase.

Happy vaping and welcome to ECF!

Why ego tim? Price? I want the best regardless of price. Any info appriciated.

Ego is all around best for startin you won ge ...... abou charging batts 5 times a day and can use the low resistance atties which makes it that much closer too the real thing. While the ego got me from 2 packs of reds a day to none I wasn't happy till I got a 6 volt device. I have purchased ego s for 5 family members and they love them and can't figure out why anyone would want anything else.

If a "cigarette-looking" device isn't important for you, the eGo is a good choice, the battery lasts a long time, it's very consistent, and pretty durable. You also have tons of options available for atomizers/cartomizers. If you want to stay with an analog-size battery, your best bet IMO is a 510. On either of these batteries, you can use cartomizers for a 2 piece stick and atomizers with cartridges (or a drip tip to drip juice directly into the atomizer) for the 3 piece stick. You can use the cartomizers and atomizers interchangeably with the 510 battery. If you don't mind a slightly bigger battery that lasts longer, you can get an eGo battery and still use your 510 atomizers and cartomizers with it.
