Could contact:
local B&M vape shop (Visit) -----Might be simple.
Vendor who sold it ---see if they will repair or replace or advise (any authorized distributor).
Manufacturer contact ---see if they will repair or replace or advise.

Does it light up when you charge it? Try pressing the button five times real fast and see if it turns on.

Did it ever work or was it like this out of the box? You might have gotten hosed Ha.
