It started recently when i plug my SX Mini M-Class into my laptop. It shows windows unable to recognize device. After a few tries, no prompt from laptop anymore. Change a few cables still same. It seem that whenever i switch the LINK on, the device restart. I wanted to reinstall the firmware as i notice my SX Mini M-Class not functioning correctly. I have upgraded my SX mini M-Class to Upgrade Firmware for M Class 75W_English_V2.32 TCR&OFFSET 20151010.SXI before with no issues. Any face the same issue and has resolved it.

You have to have an app on the computer itself. I have never found it. I've been looking for it for some time; all the links I see are broken or it won't install, and I'm running Win10.
