Hello,

I have a kit for the long thin 800'. I like the look. However I'm NOT excited about a $15 shipping fee for each order because they are coming to me direct from China.

I'd like to find a company that carry the long thin e cigarettes, and ships from within the USA to cut down on the shipping cost.

Could you recommend some companies that would fit this need?

I have no idea what 800 is - sorry. Never heard of that model. Do you have a link to pictures of the ecig and its battery threads and parts?

We usually buy numbered models at shops like these:
Liberty-Flights.com
LitecigUSA.net
Cignot.com

The most popular threadings are 510 and KR808D-1, followed by DSE801, DSE901, RN4081.

KR808D-1 we usually buy at places like Vapor4Life.com and SmokelessImage

The one really skinny ecig I know, with tiny recessed annoying cartridges, is M401 (LiteCigUSA.net and MyPVShop.com)

All of those are different threadings and do not fit each other's parts unless you can find an adapter for that combination.

Hi Dormouse,

I was talking about the DSE801. I guess I'm still thinking like a smoker 120's etc. I certainly do not have the e cigarette lingo down. I'll learn.

I will look at the sites you suggested and thank you for that.

I have another question: Atomizers, is there something I'm supposed to put in there? I understand the thing that has the flavor that goes into the atomizer. Then I was reading about colored fancy vapor (smoke). Does that go into the "...." where the fiber to hold the flavor goes into the atomizer? Or does it go some place else?

Try watching a few youtube videos before you decide on which model you would like.
As for your question-on the 801 you will fill the it with liquid into the white cart that is in the mouthpiece.
Watch this one and do searches for the different models you have read about! ‪REVIEW OF THE DSE 801 ELECTRONIC CIGARETTE‬‏ - YouTube

If you are that close to a store-you really should make the trip.

There is no such thing as colored vapor - not that I have ever heard of

Lots of liquids are colored - they do not make colored vapor

You can use standard resistance (not LR low resistance) 801 atomizers and cartomizers

An atomizer is use with a cartridge (aka cart) that is made of just plastic and stuffing. You can drip juice into the stuffing. When the stuffing gets nasty you can pull it out and try rinsing and drying and fluffing and replacing it.

A cartomizer (aka carto) is the way many prefer to vape their favorite juices and it is a disposable combined cartridge and atomizer. Few succeed at cleaning and drying these to get more life out of them. I find stuffing-type cartomizer work well the longest with thin juices (I use 20% or less VG) that leave little or no flavoring sediment to clog the carto stuffing (typically light clear juices leave the least sediment). I can often get a week of use or more out of a cartomizer. But you have to fill them totally (18 or more drops per ml of capacity and I hold a tissue on the threaded end hole while adding juice. Then I wait, then I add howeevr many more drops it will soak in easily). Then I clean it up well. I prefer cartomizers with a defined center air channel - I blow that out by blowing into the threaded end. I sop up at loose juice above the stuffing. Then since it's a fresh fill of a blank, I let the carto lay on different sides for 15-20 minutes to make sure every bit of stuffing gets wet. Then I use it. While vaping, if the vapor gets a bit light or a bit dry or taste off or if the carto is vaping too warm, I add juice. if you don't keep a carto damp it will singe the stuffing and ruin the flavor.

If you have automatic batteries then you have to be extremely careful that a carto will not drip before putting it on your battery. If a carto leaks it will leak right over the battery-end hole where an auto battery can be damaged or killed much more easily than a manual battery.

Hello Community,

I feel blessed several people to ask questions of and chat with.

Please give me the name, address and phone number for the physical store near me.

I'm a New Member so where I could have read about the colored vapor's pretty limited. I believe it was in the six part information for beginners.

I already bought the 801's kit.. I like it. One problem, the wall charger broke the first 24 hours. I was trying to unscrew the battery in the charger and it would not let go. Now, I'm 63, no way could I get the battery in there that tight. I live alone with three little dogs (under 10 pounds, I don't believe they did it) The whole "dirty word" charger came apart. Including two wires coming unsodered. So I called the little old man next door, he has a sodering gun. So I showed him which wires needed to be attaqched and he knew where they needed to be attached. It works!!!!!

I also ordered a replacement charger, one for the car etc. That was when I figured out the shipping
was way over the top. Of the suggestions Dormouse gave me LiteCig.com carry the 801's I vaporize.:toast:

It's nice getting to know you all.
