Help needed.

Hi, I've opened 2 tickets with regards to my problem and it has been days and nobody has replied me.

The tickets are 3468 and 3518. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

It is not so strange.
Alltogether I opened 3 tickets. The first one before my first order was solved within 24 hours and considering the different time zones, that is pretty ok.
The second one, opened right after my first order to change the shipping address was progressed a few days later, after the order shipped, the 3rd one in regards to wrong items of that order has not been dealt with so far and is open for a week now.

Janty has great products, but terribly slow customer support from my experience.

Humbly, I do have to agree with Michael.g..
My second ticket was opened on 31 Dec 2011 and third ticket was opened on 7 Jan 2012...

He won't be able to answer you until Monday I 'm afraid. He is in the midst of moving the stock to a bigger location this weekend.

Maybe we should donate a computer to customer support, Then they can check emails and respond to our open tickets.

I think a laptop would be better, so that they can reply "Whenever, wherever". Haha.
