so recently I've taken the plunge into building my own coils. I've currently got a 0.6ohm Clapton in my subtank plus on a Kbox vaping at 25w. Air holes are wide open on both sides and I'm using 50/50 homemade juice at 6mg. I'm currently using Rips pancake wicking method and it's great. No dry hits whatsoever. Although the flavour and vapour production is beautiful, I get spit back and I'm not too fond of the intensely hot juice going into my mouth and the back of my throat. Also, when I tighten the tank all the way on the mod, it won't fire. So I have to have it the ever slightest bit loose, which I am also not fond off.

If theirs anyone who can shed some light on what's happening and of theirs a solution, that would be great.

Many thanks

I can't help with your question but wanted to keep your question at the top so someone that can, will see it.

When I first got my GS-AIR I had the problem of juice popping up and into my mouth. I put a taller drip-tip with a much smaller hole on it and solved that problem.

I can only comment on the spit back as I have no experience with the Kbox or subtank plus. When I get spit back I've found I can reduce it or eliminate it by using a larger inside diameter drip tip.
