Good Evening Guys

I am hoping that you can all help me, i am running a Sigelei Legend gravity v2 and i am using the standard battery charger but the batteries are not lasting as long as anticipated.

I currently have Sigelei's LiCoO2 2200mAh 3.7v icr 18650 and a 900mAh 3.7v icr 18350

I am currently looking for a charger and a batch of batteries, however i am not that clued up on this subject.

I have been looking at a Nitecore i4 Intellicharge Universal battery charger,

Is this a good unit, i am looking for a trickle charger, apparently this does all. guys do any of you have any other suggestions or use a suitable equivalent.

Here comes the part i am not sure off, safety is paramount and budget is always key.

Can someone please help me on the subject of batteries.

Where can i get safe replacements and what batteries do you guys use for your devices.

Hope that you guys can help.

Thank you guys for your advice on this subject.

I'd just get a sony VCT5 and be done with it. 2600 mah which will give you plenty of vape time on a vv/vw mod, if you ever plan on going with mechs its the best battery to use, and not ot mention one of the safest ones too.

As far as charger, I hear nitecores are the best, though I'm happy with my Efest LUC

I currently have Sigelei's LiCoO2 2200mAh 3.7v icr 18650 and a 900mAh 3.7v icr 18350

If i put in a battery at a higher mAh would that cause a problem with the unit? or is it just the voltage i have to be concerned about?

The mAh (Milliamps per Hour) of a battery is just the amount the battery can hold. Think of it like the Gas Tank in your car.

If you put a Bigger Gas Tank in your car, it Doesn't make it run any Better or Worse. But it does make it run Longer before having to refill it.

If you are using 2200mAh 18650's and 900mAh 18350 batteries right Now, you are using about the Largest mAh available.

Some OEMs/Vendors will put Over-Inflated mAh numbers on their Batteries. But Realistically, you don't get much more mAh , in a Battery that is Suitable for a e-Cigarette, than what you are Currently using.

I've got a Samsung 26f 2600mah, it lasts 2 full days in my iTaste VTR. The more mAh the better right?

As long as the Battery can Handle the Amps that you ask it to Provide. And as long as there is a Level of Protection, PCB Board or Safe Chemistry, and as long as the Battery will fit into your Mod/Charger, Yes - More mAh is a Good Thing.

I believe that those Samsung 26F batteries are 5 Amp ICR Unprotected Batteries.

If so, they are Not the greatest choice for an e-Cigarette.

Guys just found these on eBay could anyone tell me if these are any good for my Legend and if not why not?

UKAj891 4 x UltraFire 18650 5600mAh 3.7V Protected Rechargeable Li-ion Battery | eBay

Thanks for your help guys

I would Not Use a Ultrafire Battery in an e-Cigarette.

Thy are Not very good batteries when they are Genuine. And there are Tons of Clones and Knock-Offs of Ultrafire (and Trustfire) Batteries that are Very Poor Quality.

BTW - These Batteries are No Where Near 5600mAh. probably closer to 1800mAh.

The Ultrafire battery?

Definitely not.

1. Never use a protected battery in an APV. The protection circuit will clash with the APV electronics.
2. It's not a high drain battery for APVs. It's a battery for high tech flashlights.
3. Just say no to Ultrafire.

Read the good suggestions at Post #2. The Legend is a 15W rig like the Sigelei Zmax series. You want batteries capable of delivering a continuous 10A or better at the 18650 size. Expect batteries like this to be rated far less than the probably exaggerated 5600mAh: more like 2000-2500 mAh. AW batteries also good if available in the UK. Don't buy a high drain battery for the Legend unless you know the C rating or continuous drain value.

My recommendation is to not use ANY ICR Li-ion battery. These batteries are soon to be obsolete for use in any mod, whether a mechanical or regulated VV/VW mod. These are the batteries which vent flames and can explode during failure. These should only be used for flashlights, cameras, laptop computers, etc....not mods.

Use only IMR or IMR/Hybrid batteries. These are newer technology, safe chemistry, high drain batteries and will perform much better in a mod than an ICR battery. These are also called unprotected Li-Mn.
