my hc ems shipment said it was tried to be delivered to my house on the 27th 12 noon but i was at home at that time. there was no delivery actually. i went to hc and double confirmed my address and it is right. there was no note for me asking me to come pick up my parcel from the post office too also. what am i to do? how am i to collect my parcel? please help asap! thx!

I would go to the postal office and ask for the postmaster (not the clerks) Tell him(her) that you were waiting for the package and no one came to your door. They must have delivered it to the wrong place and you would like to know where it was delivered since it wasn't to you. Take your purchase receipt with you. Do this right away so that maybe the carrier will remember the parcel.Good Luck 
And bring along your EMS tracking number... They can check it up their system. They might substitute the tracking number to a poslaju number as well. Call them up first if you haven't gone to the post office: 1-300-300-300 is the poslaju customer service number...
