I had the same happen to me here in Belgium yesterday. I had a package delivered to work (an office where there are always people). Now I know our postman here generally doesn't even try to deliver the parcels here so I left a note on the door saying there most definately was someone here and he should just ring. 3 pm I check the tracking code online: delivery failed! Argh! I went totally ape..... and spent half an hour on the phone complaining and even sent photos of the note on the door by email to the postal service! Don't keep my nicotine from me.... It could be harmful to your health....!!! I just picked up my package from the post office this morning (luckily not too far away from my office) :D

Belgium and Quebec. We have so much in common :)

Today I'm hopefully waiting for another e-juice shipment. If my postman does it again, today, you can be sure I'll complaint again. We pay for our shipments. It is a business after all! If a customer is not happy, it is his duty to complaint, or to protest by changing to another company. The problem is that when we order stuff on the net we can't always choose our shipping method.

It's currently 10 AM right now and the postman should come by in the next hour - I'll keep you guys updated!

Wow, can I empathize with you guys! For months we had similar problems ... I work from home, so I am here ALL the time. Would go down to fetch the mail and there'd be a stickie from the PO that they "tried to deliver." Well, ya didn't try too hard, did you -- how difficult is it to ring the doorbell? My bf complained twice, in person to our local (sucky) post office, no results. Finally he went back a third time to find out, happily, that the postmaster at our post office had been replaced and the new guy in chrge seemed intent on putting the place in order. Even so, if I have the option of fedex or ups I will always choose them over postal service. And since I work from home (sitting in my dining room which overlooks the avenue) I can hear when a delivery truck pulls up, so most of the time I hop right up and am out on the little balcony to see if it's something for us! Vigilance ... it takes vigilance!

My postman was lazy also. On the third complaint he brought my package and cursed my wife out!! Fourth complaint and I have a new mailman that seems to have a good work ethic. Not sure if they just swapped routes or he got fired but I am hoping on the latter. I am not a hard person to deal with and understand crap happens but keep screwing me and I get ...... !!!!

Well now I must know what's in the box! It's like being a kid when a sibling gets a birthday present and even though it isn't yours you still need to know what's inside.

box contents

5 batts, bunches of juice, cartos, chargers, etc.........

my postman has had three boxes/big envelopes a day for me for three weeks... he asked if i could set him up vaping.. LOL they aint all bad

I also work from home, and can hear them coming...

My postmen like coming to my house, and they've never pulled this move on me.
I think they always want to know what I'm getting.
:)

Every package I have ever gotten from China I have had to sign for.
So I'm kind of unclear about how one would get such a package in their mailbox.

I order online for almost everything I buy, which of course includes vaping stuff, and also work packages.
So I get lots and lots of packages constantly, of all kinds, shapes, and sizes.

I had a nice conversation recently with a guy from UPS when I got some tickets to a SDSU basketball game in the mail.
He turned me on to a great brewery in the area.

But of course, living in San Diego (the small brewery capital of the world) it was just one of many I have to visit.
:)
