Help on PG/VG ratios

I am buying the standard starter kit for my mom, and want to buy some juice from my favorite vendor.
I personally use Mini Vivi Nova's & T3's, and have not used these cartomizer's. I watched several videos and found conflicting information on the PG/VG ratio used by SI in their carts. One video said 80/20 and another said 20/80. Which is it? What has been your experience with PG/VG ratios. Thanks for any advice.

our carts are mainly 90/10 or 80/20 pg vg.... however most thin light colored juices will work best in our cartos regaurdless of the ratio as long as they can wick through the fill well.
