I'd suggest e-Go battery. The good thing is that in this case you will be able to use your 510 attys/cartos plus to try many e-Go attys/cartos like eGo-T (don't recommend these), Giantomizers (recommend these), Echo-E, etc.etc.
Assuming you have auto battery 510 used with atty + cart - various upgrades
1. MANUAL batteries! Safer from leaks, easier to get a good hit
2. LONGER manual batteries - Joye 510 mega xl manual batteries (128mm long w/ a carto but 60-70% more charge than standard 510)
3. Cartomizers! Boge standard resistance cartos (slim ecigs cannot use the hotter low resistance cartos or attys). Put your fave juices in cartomizers, the most popular way to vape. I find thin 920% Vg or less) juices that are light and clear (leave little flavoring residue) keep a carto working well longer.
4. Go to fat battery 510 - either Ego or its popular clone Riva 510 (and I recommend Liberty-Flights.com and press the 20% off on upper left front page). This will give you 650mah or higher battery charge and the option to use hotter LR attys and cartos
5. various shape 510-threaded 3.7v mods and variable voltage devices
I use standard Boge cartos - my Riva 510 vapes a bit warmer than 510 and I can share the standard Boges w/ my slim 510 manuals. Many prefer the hotter LR 2.0 Boge cartos which can only be used on the fat battery models. There are more exotic cartos too like reservoir ones and clear ones (that can crack and fall apart but some like them)
Note - fat battery models and mods w/ 510 threads can use any of your slim 510's atomizers/cartomizers. The fat/mod models use their own faster chargers that can damage the slim 510's. And the fat/mod models can use the hotter LR attys/cartos which use charge up faster and can damage slim batteries.

I'm going to suggest that you check out the E-Power. It's an eGo type body, but uses separate 3.7V batteries. These are getting some great reviews by other members and a starter kit isn't much more expensive than an eGo kit. You'll be able to use all of the 510 threaded accessories, including the dual coil cartomizers.
Dormouse, i use Boge cartos thanks to you. When I first started vaping, I used a tank, then went on to bottom feeders. I read one of your posts on cartos and figured anyone with 6000 posts knew what they were talking about. You were right and I've been wanting to thank you ever since.
Agree with Dormouse. Boge cartos rocks! If you would like to try a bottom feeder, try Boge Revolution V2.1 (that's Revolution V2 with 1400mAh battery). Great battery life, bottom feeder box mod with 10ml capacity, compact size, great with Boge cartos too.

+1 for Dormouse fan. Whether equipment or juice, she probably has the answer. I search her user name and read her posts, especially when I'm in a pickle. Fabulous asset to ECF and incredible person to share her time and wisdom.
An E-Power is my recommendation also, separate batts, replaceable switch, and it uses all your 510 stuff. Then if you want to try cartos, tank mods, clearomizers, you won't have to worry about the battery.
since most of you guys attest's Dormouse opinions...i'd also consider getting the Boge Cartos! thanks peeps!
