Hey guys, super noob here!

I have a nemesis clone with a Tobh atty.
The other day I forgot to lock my firing button and put it inside my purse.
(5 mins at most) I smelled my juice and something burning, looked inside my purse
and grabbed my mod and it was hot. The atty was very hot. And the top part of the tube
but not the bottom or firing button. Few hours later I tried to fire it and now it just
stopped working. I took everything apart. Put it back together and nothing. My battery
is fully charged. Did I mess somethin up? How do I fix it? ):

A supernoob with a mech mod and dripper? Talk about jumpin' into the deep end...go 'head!!! I'm no engineer but if the battery seems fine, I would assume one of the connections in the mod is fried. Being a mech, I can imagine it can be repaired but it would probably take someone with considerable knowledge of mech mods. Good luck.

Yeah I know ): I got too excited after reading a bunch of forums and watching videos on mech mods and building coils that I went and got one without knowing everything. Bad habbit I have whenever I get a new hobby lol but I'm learning as I go.. Thanks for your reply though! Yeah.. I had a feeling that was probably the problem. Darn.

My money is on the insulators for the tobh. If you have the money I would recommend getting a regulated mod ( has electronics). Mechs are great, but have a learning curve. Vaping in and of itself has enough of a learning curve that I strongly recommend ppl learning not get a mech up front. If thats not practical for you get familar with ohms law basics, know your battery's amp limits, don't discharge the battery to low and get familiar with a DMM. Glad nothing serious happened with your learning experience!
