Can you clarify the "double flavor juice" - does it have nic, and what strength?
And all THREE components - "36 mg base" "plain base" and "double strength" - you don't mention anything about the VG/PG ratio. Is that part of what you need to figure out - or are you just going for "max VG" so it doesn't matter?
IF the double flavor stuff is ZERO nic, then here are some options:
To cut 36 mg strength down to 30 mls of 4.5 mg strength, you'll be using just 3.75 mls of that nic base. Then the remaining 26.25 mls will be "plain base" (no nic) and Flavor.
If it's concentrated flavoring, and "double" then you might want to try it at about 5% total volume.
That recipe would look like:
3.75 mls of 36 mg base
1.5 mls of flavor
24.75 mls of no-nic base
If that flavor is a "ready-to-vape" juice, then it's more like "up to you" - you can experiment with how much of that and how much plain unflavored go into the mix after starting with 3.75 mls of the 36mg nic base.
