HELP PLZ! How to use torch-vp19

Hi !
Does anybody have an idea on how to use Torch-VP19.
Google finds it on alibaba if u try to search (links are not allowed here)

No any button on the device. Failed to find any tips.

unfortunately no other websites have it listed but 2 that I could find and kinda hard to tell by the google image links, found these features listed for it and sounds like it uses skin touch to use it though it says you click something to turn it off and on

smoke by skin touching, not by clothes or other stuff touching
-5 clicks turn on/off, 10 seconds overheat protection.
-battery bottom concave, no accident starting to work
-fit all 510 thread, CE4 CE5 CE8 CE9, MT1, MT3, protank, etc.
-various colors, beautiful label
-bottom light change as the voltage
