Help! PMs and specified quota

I’m a supplier associate and am receiving emails to my outside email stating that I need to delete messages. For example:

“unknown” (deleted user name) has just tried to send you a private message. However, your private messages box on E-Cigarette Forum has reached the specified quota. In order to receive further private messages, you must delete some messages.

I have 190 messages in my inbox and 263 in my sent messages. As an fyi, before becoming a supplier associate, I subscribed as a supporting member on August 8, 2010. What is the limit for incoming messages and sent messages?

Hi Angus,

Just checked: "Inbox contains 142 messages. You have 349 messages stored, of a total 300 allowed."

Did something change recently?

I'm looking into it. While supplier usergroups cannot use the Supporting Member subscription, there was a recent change to allow Supplier Associates to have an Inbox capacity of 1000 normally. Obviously there is an issue with this, so I'm going to work on fixing it. I'll post again when it's worked out.
