So, I've had my PT2 for about a week now. It is TERRIBLE. Each time I have to screw it on, it doesn't screw very well, and gets slightly stuck with each turn.

Also, I can barely take any hits out of it, and I keep getting terrible gurgling. This is after trying 5+ different coils.

What could be the cause of this? Did I somehow get a defective pro tank 2? Should I contact the website i got it from and ask for an exchange?

I have a pro tank 1, the older version, which I've had for 6 months now, and it works perfectly. No gurgling, no problems screwing on, nothing. It works exactly like it should, and it is my favorite delivery device, which is why I bought the PT2.

Help !

I'd ask for an exchange if the threads are not machined right. (The gurgling is sometimes is a matter of removing a flavor wick or whatever, depending on your juice, but the threads cannot be fixed if they're messed up.) JMO.

What Trayce said. Gurgling/leaking is probably your juice, but id exchange the cap.

Ive had nothing but trouble with the one I picked up a few days ago... threads are ok... it just sucks! Nasty tasting gurgling pos!

First, all PT2s need to be soaked in rubbing alcohol, or PGA, or unflavored vodka for awhile and washed thoroughly afterwards before the first vape. The tanks come with machine oils from the manufacturing process and it will taste BAAAAD. Dawn will work too, but I'd soak the head in rubbing alcohol instead so you don't end up with soap in your wick unless you rinse thoroughly.

As for the gurgling, the stock heads come with 2 flavor wicks, and depending on your juice, this could cause gurgling. Try taking out one, then if still gurgling, try taking out both. If you rebuild heads you could also just rebuild it to whatever you like that works for you. Good luck.
