Well, the first thing I'd suggest is eliquid with a higher vg content. VG provides a great amount of vapor. A warning though would be that on the 510-T tanks, I noticed with mine that a higher VG liquid leaves an unappealing amount of gunk buildup in the tank. I personally use a mixture of 65/35 PG to VG ratio liquids and have had great success with a good amount of flavor and tons of vapor production. Hope that helps.
1. Any battery, but true 3.7V (or above) preferred for best results. Suggest an eGo VV battery or Riva or, if you prefer a mod, the Lava Tube for an inexpensive VV.
2. A Vision clearomizer (here, here, or the small one here)
3. Optionally (but recommended), perform this mod on the Vision(s) to completely open it up and allow it to produce massive amounts of vapor with better flavour and TH.
You now have a high capacity, long-lasting clearomizer setup. From my point of view, this is just about the best flavour, vapor and throat hit you're going to get through Canadian vendors, and from my experience, on par with anything, including dripping.
Note however that you should avoid juices with citric acid (some citrus fruit flavours), malic acid (sour flavours) or cinnamon flavours to avoid cracking the tube. If and when the Vision 3s cross our borders, you won't have these problems.

Glad to be of service! Hope it works out for you. I've been enjoying this sort of setup for a few weeks now and it's one of my favorite vapes now without question -- as I mentioned in the mod video, where you can see the clouds of vapor this rig puts out once modded. It's insane.
Time for my monthly recommendation of a regular Ego LR atomizer (non-tank). I don't like cartomizers very much, and I've found the Ego LR Atomizer to be extremely well rounded and hits hard.
Im testing out a 1.8ohm 306 dripping atty atm and so far it hits like a champ, best part the atty is sealed so no worries about leaking
