*HELP* Standard Resistance Cartomizers

looking for helpful insight..been vaping for almost a year now..bought a liquinator and it came with a standard resistance cartomizer..works great..flavor is great..I vape a 5v with a glv2..

so last night I cut my own cartomizers..no problems there..the problem started when I put the cartomizer in there...wicks great..no leaking..but when I go take a hit..vapor is there no burnt taste at all..but the flavor is just not there..I'm vaping pink spot juice so I know how it tastes like..but the flavor is just not there..so I thought maybe I'd wait..went to bed but same thing in the morning..slight taste..but all there..

i use the Boge silver bottom 3.0 ohm cartomizers which I believe was a standard cartomizer...but I may be wrong..any one got some insight as to what a standard resistance ohm cartomizer is..?

i think 3.0 ohms is a little higher then standard but not sure about that.. what do you mean by cut your own carto? did you try and cut polyfill to put in there. it could cause wicking problems never heard of anyone doing that

with the liquinator tank..there two slots cut on the bottom that allows the juice to wick to the cartomizer..the slots i cut were fine..the juice wicks to the top of the polyfill..no leaking..but the flavor is just not there..it's like vaping non flavored juice I would say..no burnt taste..no gurggles..awesome vapor..but no flavor..maybe the standard resistance is 2.8 ohms I'm thinking..

You sure it's not just flooded? Did you try to blow it out and then pop it back into the tank?

Do you know what the original carto was, and what did you replace it with? I have found that the Boges, for all the vapor they put out, do NOT convey the flavor of the juice as well as an atomizer, for sure. Is there a way you can put a CE2 in there? They are much better for flavor, IMHO.
