I ordered a kit from Health Cabin which was shipped out on Thursday and made it to San Francisco early Sun. morning which is great but its been in customs ever since and now I'm nervous. I live in Oklahoma and thought it would be in Tulsa by now or on its way there. I thought it was all good now in the US to get these from China so am I wrong or is this the norm? If anyone has some insight on this it would be much appreciated cuz I'm afraid that its going to take a month or more to get it now or not at all.

Customs can hold it for as long as they want without reason. Eventually you'll get it but it could be a week or it could be a month. All the sweeter when you get it
Well that really sucks cuz now I have a Blu e-cig and I hate it and was really hoping to get my 510 t this week. I sent an email to the USPS and I'm going to call them today but doubt I get much helpful info. The other people I know that have ordered from Health Cabin all got their stuff in 5 days no problem, just my luck customs picks up my order. Thanks for the reply.
Hi probably the package is on hold until you receive a notification to present the document of the purchase order for them to calculate the custome fees...

I think that's all covered by HC. Time will tell but I think they'll just send it when they feel like it.

What happens is that they need to confirm the total amount of the items plus the cost of shippement to determin the fee to be charge, what can happen is if the total value of the package has a low value then they will not charge anything...

Well thanks for all the help everyone I guess I'm just going to have to wait and see, man I just love how are US gov. works there so fast and prompt with everything

When ever you order from china the wait usually takes 2-6 weeks..ridiculous I know but customs likes to screw with china shipments
