All TFA. I found the first five in other threads but am not having any luck finding RY4 or Kahlua&Cream. Can anyone provide me with a rough base percentage for a starting line please? I wan't to try some mixtures of bases but only have 4ml bottles to monkey around with

Any other opinions are welcome

Black Honey tobacco: 3-5%
Double Chocolate (Clear) 10-12%
French Vanilla: 10%
Dulce de Leche: 10%
Milk Chocolate: 20%
--
Kahlua and Cream (Guessing around 10%)
RY4 Type Flavor (Guessing 2-3%)

I've never made what you want to make. But if I am Reading this Right, Your Total Flavoring Percentages are Way TOO HIGH for TFA Flavors.

I would Try going for 10~12% of TOTAL Flavoring to Start. And then see how it Tastes after Steeping for 3 Days.

RY4 Type-1 is kinda weak, it's about half the concentration of RY4 double, Id start with at least 10%. Black honey at 5% is nice, but it needs to age at least a couple weeks. I'd start much lower with the dulce de leche, especially if youre just using it as an additive, 2-4% may still be too much.

That's what I'm looking for, appreciate it.

I get that. I'm looking for the baseline percentages or starting point for each, not the total percentage for a batch.

Firstly, I've seen other people use 10% dulce de leche with 5% of other flavorings, so you might not be too far off there. (Sorry to contradict previous poster)

Also, this question goes to OP as well as the posters in this thread - what % VG/PG are you guys using? I have found myself using way more flavoring, and not tasting any sweetness with a 70% VG mix.

50/50 here. I read the stickys and tfa threads and am trying to get an idea where to start, must admit some of what I found sounded really high. I have the berry style flavors down pretty well but the tobacco and other darks are new to me. I think the dulce de leche is very close to the bavarian creme I have and it's around 1.5 in the sweet flavors, might try 2% with the chocolate and tobacco to start.

This info filled in some blanks and should help me get my first run on the shelf. You guys rock.

Dulce de leche, as with any other flavoring, the usable percentage range depends on whether you're using something as a primary flavoring or as an additive, and the relative strengths of whatever its being combined with. I use it in a couple tobacco mixes and at anything over a couple percent it will easily overpower the tobaccos. I'd rather have it compliment the tobacco than vice-versa. To me its a strong flavoring that becomes increasingly annoying at higher percentages. With the RY4, the Type-1 is only a portion of the strength of (e.g) RY4 double. As an RY4, its ok, but the problem with using is it that by the time you add enough of it to a mix to make it really pop, it has consumed more than its fair share of the total PG quantity available to the mix. For example, in a 10ml 50/50 mix, only 5ml of total PG volume is available, so using more of "this" leaves less room for "that". Using the TFA double or a more concentrated version like VapingZone or Hangsen solves this.

I've been dancing with Dulce de Leche percentages myself. There's a part of me that LOVES it straight and puts it in the top 5 flavoring category, but there's another parts that likes the idea of using it as a sweetener/additive as well.

That also explains my issues with other flavors. I feel like having a flavor at 15-20% just kills the "feel" of the juice. It's hard to describe.
