Thanks Imeo :)

Are the cr123a the same length as the CR2, just wider? Also, you had posted a link for cr123 batteries with 1200mah, and the cr123 batteries on Deal Extreme look like they are only 1000mah? What is the difference... what the heck is a mah anyway!? :?:

Thanks Lisa,
Mixxy, with the 1200 mah battery you have 20% more smoking time than 1000 mah.

The cr123A is 7mm longer than cr2 and about 1mm fatter

MAYBE my GG will be here tomorrow .. Tonight I am supposed to be picking up a CR123A charger that comes with 2 batteries locally for about $30 ..

Everything in the store is high $$ but this should hold me for a while, correct ?? As for the other battery .. the TrustFire Protected 2000mAh 3.7V TR 18650 Battery, they had no idea what I was talking about. They suggested I bring a picture. In fact, the guy working didn't even know they made a CR123a rechargeable ... another worker said "yes they do .. here they are." I am headed that way after work ..

PLEASE TELL ME IF I AM CORRECT ..

  • I can use the two of them together if they are 3v .. but NOT if they are 3.7v because they will blow the atomizer ... YES ?? NO??
  • With the TrustFire Protected 2000mAh 3.7V TR 18650 I use only one battery ?? YES ? NO?
So then .. If I bought both of the batteries .. And I cannot use 2 of either .. Which 2 do you combine together that you would need the spacers ??

YES and you may need 3 x spacers.

ONE OTHER QUESTION and then I promise to shut up about batteries --- Or try to.. If the GG arrives before I get batteries .. will the batteries that are in my SD work with the GG-T ?? they are SpiderFire LC 16340 880mAh 3.6V ???

These batteries actually charge upto 4.2V.. so you can only use one of them in the trans on the TRANS 3.7v option.. I have used this option and it works well.

I would still advise you to get CR2 batteries, and a suitable charger. They are 3V no question...

The CR2 are smaller ?? And are they the ones that require the spacers ? I thought it was the 18650 that needed the spacers .. I am never going to get this right .. Probably will blow several attys and spend a lot of money on the wrong stuff .. Maybe I am just dense . .but somehow none of my questions ever get answered in a way that I understand . I think most people think I have a clue .. I DO NOT .. I think I may as well stop asking questions and take chances....

The cr2 batteries do not need a spacer. They are green looking batteries.
They are the 6v batteries. 3 Volts each. You used two in Trans.
Hope this helps some. One can buy some at hardassvapershop online or deal extreme. Hardassvapershop would be faster to receive if you are from the states.
