Since my status was changed to supplier, I get a 'you are banned message' whenever I attempt to subscribe to ANY forum. Below is my PMs with SmokeyJoe who suggested I post my problem here. TIA

This being unable to subscribe makes it impossible to carry on conversations. It is absolutely crippling. Is there some way to keep up with threads without the subscription ability?
Thanks... I am not a forum veteran and I feel like I must be missing a trick here...

Hi Terri,
Sorry but suppliers are prevented from posting in any social forums.
I'm not sure what the issue is with the thread subscriptions - it should be under the "thread tools" dropdown at the top of each thread?

I can subscribe to NO threads... even in the supplier's forum. I get that banned message. Also, it really is unfortunate that as a supplier I can't commiserate with people I share this nic addiction with... There is a lot of good exchanges and learning to be done. I guess I view these folks more as
members of a community than as clientele.
Anyway I would really appreciate your help with this subscription thing as it does make it impossible to keep up.
I thank you!

Hi Terri - it's a bit of a mystery to me as I cannot find any settings whatsoever that would appear to change whether or not you can subscribe to threads.
Would you post this in the forum help area? It may well be that another user has some insights into what the problem is.
In the meantime I have contacted tech support at vbulletin to see if they have any answers.
Regards,
SJ
